A method of preparing an edible oil composition suitable for use in the preparation of food comprises mixing 1% to 15% by weight fat particles with liquid oil and storing the resulting composition for up to 10 weeks. Depending on the conditions of mixing and storage, the composition can be obtained in a flowable form after storage. |
