titleOfInvention | Double core-shell fluorescent material and method for preparing the same |
abstract | A dual core shell fluorescent material and a method for preparing the same are provided. The dual core shell fluorescent material includes an inner core, an inner shell that encloses the inner core, and an outer shell that encapsulates the inner shell. The inner core is metal particles, and the chemical composition of the inner shell is silicon dioxide. The outer shell has the following chemical formula: (R 1-x , Eu x ) 2 O 3 In the formula, R is Y, Gd or a composite thereof, and 0.02 ≦ x ≦ 0.1. It is the fluorescent particle represented by these. The double core-shell fluorescent material having uniform and stable emission characteristics can not only increase the emission intensity but also reduce the amount of fluorescent particles used by using metal particles as the inner core. |
