titleOfInvention Automated process and automated device for preparing and analyzing multiple cell suspensions
abstract The present invention relates to a process for preparing and analyzing a plurality of cell suspensions (5), the process comprising at least the following sequential steps: (a) loading a plurality of bottles (4) on a receiving plate (6), each bottle (4) having a cell suspension (5) to be analyzed; (b) loading a plurality of analysis containers (32, 34, 36) onto the receiving plate (6); and (c) taking a sample of cell suspension (5) from one bottle (4), placing the sample in an analysis container (34, 36), which is repeated in each bottle (4) to be analyzed; including. The step (c) of removing the sample of the cell suspension (5) from one bottle (4) and placing the sample in the analysis container (34, 36) uses a pipetting dispersion means (20), One or more steps of disrupting the cell population. The invention also relates to an automated device for performing the process. [Selection] Figure 2
