abstract | (I) In the presence of a base and a phase transfer catalyst, deuterated nitromethane is obtained by reacting nitromethane with deuterated water to obtain deuterated nitromethane, and then deuterated nitromethane is reduced in an inert solvent. A step of forming methylamine and, if necessary, reacting deuterated methylamine with an acid to form a salt of deuterated methylamine, or (ii) N- (1,1,1-tridew) A method for producing a deuterated methylamine and a salt thereof comprising the step of reacting (teromethyl) phthalimide with an acid to form a salt of deuterated methylamine is disclosed. This manufacturing method is simple in process, high in efficiency, and low in cost. |
