PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special sweetening composition which can be measured with respect to sweetness power and does not have unnatural or artificial sweetness. The present invention relates to a sweetening composition having a reduced physiological calorific value (energy content) with respect to sweet foods, the sweetening composition comprising: (a) at least one water-soluble and / or water-dispersible property.
