A process and apparatus for vertically dividing the supply of oxygen to the post-oxidation reactor is disclosed. Further disclosed is a process and apparatus for feeding the reaction medium to the reactor after oxidation at an intermediate level inlet. Such an apparatus and process can help reduce oxygen pinch throughout the post-oxidation reactor. |
