Disclosed are a centrifugal fluid-based microfluidic structure for measuring glycated hemoglobin, a centrifugal force-based microfluidic device for measuring glycated hemoglobin, and a method for measuring glycated hemoglobin. In accordance with this disclosure, immunosorbent assays and affinity measurements are performed simultaneously on only one device to detect hemoglobin variants and interfering substances, thereby applying the detection results to the analysis of the measurement results. By eliminating, complementing, or correcting the measurement error, it is possible to perform a more accurate measurement of the glycated hemoglobin. |
