The present invention relates to a genotyping method, and more particularly to an ID sequence assigned to each genotype and a multiple genotyping method using the ID sequence. When performing a pyro sequence using the ID sequence of the present invention, a unique and simple pyrogram can be obtained for each genotype, and a virus gene, a disease gene, a bacterial gene, and a personal identification gene can be easily and efficiently obtained. Genotyping can be performed, and the genotyping primer of the present invention can be variously applied to a genotyping method using all sequences using a distribution format. |
