abstract | A high temperature aerosol fire extinguishing apparatus having a high temperature corrosion resistant temperature protective layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The high temperature aerosol fire extinguishing device includes a device housing (6), a temperature protection layer (1), an aerosol generating agent column (4), a cooling material (3) and a starting unit (2). The protective layer is made of a silicone rubber material consisting of a silicone rubber matrix, a crosslinking agent, a flameproofing agent, a high temperature resistant mass, a binder and a catalyst. The starter unit, cooling material, aerosol generator column and separation screen (5) are arranged in a temperature protection layer fixed in the instrument housing. The upper cover (7) is attached to the upper side of the separation screen. An aerosol spray port (8) is formed on the top cover. The manufacturing method includes integral casting of a silicone rubber temperature protective layer and an aerosol generator column, cross-linking and solidification at room temperature, and assembly of each element. |
