titleOfInvention | A device that blocks nucleic acids by means of photoactivating the inserted drug. |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for blocking a nucleic acid by means for photoactivating a drug to be inserted. The apparatus of the present invention includes (A) a housing (1) for storing a sample (M) containing a nucleic acid and a photosensitive insertion agent, and (B) an LED that emits light toward the sample (M). L1, L2, L3, L10, L20, L30). The LED photoactivates the insertion agent to covalently bind the insertion agent to at least a portion of the nucleic acid. The housing (1) has a wall (1a) having a through hole (2). A part of the microcentrifuge tube (3) containing the sample M and the liquid insertion agent is inserted into the through hole (2). The LED is mounted in the housing (1), and the LED emits light toward the microcentrifuge tube (3). [Selection] Figure 3 |
