titleOfInvention Wide area deposition and doping of graphene and products containing it
abstract Some exemplary embodiments of the invention relate to the use of graphene as a transparent conductive layer (TCC). In some exemplary embodiments of the invention, the graphene thin film is heteroepitaxially grown from a hydrocarbon gas (eg, C 2 H 2 , CH 4, etc.) on a large area, for example on a catalyst thin film. The graphene thin film of some exemplary embodiments may be doped or undoped. In certain exemplary embodiments, once formed graphene thin films may be lifted off their carrier substrate or transferred to a power receiving substrate, including, for example, intermediate and final products. Graphene grown, lifted and transferred in this manner has a low sheet resistance (eg, less than 150 ohm / square and lower when doped) and a high transmission value (eg, at least visible and (In the infrared spectrum).
