There are characteristic diffraction peaks at 20.86, 21.20, 23.84, and in the infrared absorption spectrum, about 3234, 3060, 2940, 1638, 1511, 1436, 1249, 1215, 1184, 1032, 908, There are characteristic absorption peaks at 828, 755, and 588 cm −1 , and the DSC endothermic conversion temperature is 97.6 ° C. The agomelatin crystals further provide use in the manufacture of a medicament for treating depression as an active ingredient. |
