abstract Disclosed is a compression tester that satisfies actual physiological conditions. A compression test apparatus includes a receiving unit and a pressing unit that is movable with respect to the receiving unit. The receiving unit 3 includes an outer housing, a sleeve that is removably inserted into the outer housing, and a liquid supply mechanism. The liquid supply mechanism is operable to force media to flow through the outer housing and sleeve. A sample unit B is removably disposed in the outer housing. Depending on the design of the liquid supply mechanism, a compression test can be performed on the sample unit B, and cells can be cultured on the sample unit B. In this way, the relationship and change between the sample unit B and the cell can be observed in a situation where real life is simulated. [Selection] Figure 5
