abstract | A thermoplastic elastomer having good moldability, flexibility, thermal conductivity, and heat resistance is provided. SOLUTION: (A) Acrylic rubber 50 to 85 parts by mass, (B) Thermoplastic polyester resin 15 to 50 parts by mass, (C) Thermally conductive filler 20 to 900 parts by mass, (D) Compatibilizer 1 20 mass parts, (E) 0.01-1 mass part of crosslinking agent is included. (A) copolymerizes at least 100 parts by mass of general formula (1) or (2) with 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of an epoxy group-containing (meth) acrylic monomer, and has a glass transition temperature of −60. ~ -15 ° C.
