titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of heat-generating fixing belt and electrophotographic image forming apparatus |
abstract | A heat-generating fixing belt which is equipped with an image fixing unit and is excellent in fixing stability (fixing unevenness resistance) by suppressing a variation in resistance value of a heat-generating layer even when fixing processing is performed in a high-temperature fixing environment for a long period of time. A manufacturing method is provided. A method of manufacturing a heat-generating fixing belt provided in an image fixing portion of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, comprising at least 1) a resin layer forming step and 2) heat generation containing a conductive material in a thermosetting resin. A heat generating layer forming step for forming a layer, 3) an elastic layer forming step, and 4) a release layer forming step, and 4) after the release layer forming step, 5) current is passed through the heat generating layer to generate heat. And a heat aging process for performing a heat aging treatment within a temperature range of 200 to 450 ° C. [Selection] Figure 1 |
