abstract |
The present invention provides a method and apparatus capable of simultaneous or continuous analysis using a weak light signal. Furthermore, the present invention provides an analysis method and apparatus capable of analyzing a plurality of measurement sites with a weak light signal. A plurality of images obtained by acquiring a weak light signal from a plurality of images corresponding to different angles with respect to a sample that generates weak light and having a plurality of measurement sites under an imaging condition suitable for each measurement site.
