titleOfInvention | Zinc injection method and zinc injection device |
abstract | The present invention provides a zinc injection method capable of reducing the amount of carbon dioxide used when preparing injection water containing zinc ions. In the zinc injection method of the present invention, a partition member 3 is divided into a zinc dissolution region 4 and a dissolution zinc storage region 5 inside, and a carbon dioxide dissolution tank connected to the zinc dissolution region 4. 7, and a zinc injection device 1 including a carbon dioxide bubbling device having a diffuser pipe 13 installed in the carbon dioxide dissolution tank 7 and a carbon dioxide supply pipe 11 connected to the diffuser pipe 13 are used. Carbon dioxide gas supplied from the carbon dioxide gas supply pipe 11 is dissolved in water in the carbon dioxide gas dissolving tank 7 to generate a carbonic acid aqueous solution having a predetermined pH value. This carbonic acid aqueous solution is supplied to the zinc dissolution region 4 to dissolve the zinc oxide pellets 24 loaded in the zinc dissolution region 4 to generate a carbonic acid aqueous solution containing zinc ions. The aqueous carbonate solution containing zinc ions is injected into the water supply pipe 36 through the dissolved zinc storage region 5. [Selection] Figure 1 |
