Provided is a technique for deforming a crosslinked liquid crystal polymer material containing photochromic molecules irrespective of irradiation with ultraviolet light to blue light. The crosslinked liquid crystal polymer material containing the photochromic molecule is irradiated with ultrashort pulse light to induce isomerization by two-photon absorption of the photochromic molecule.
