abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a temperature information generation circuit or the like that enables accurate temperature compensation of an electronic component immediately after startup. A temperature information generation circuit includes a temperature sensor (first temperature detection unit), a high-sensitivity temperature sensor (second temperature detection unit) having higher detection sensitivity than the temperature sensor, and output selection. A circuit 80 and a control unit 90.
