titleOfInvention Composite plating solution, method for producing composite plating solution, and laminate
abstract A method for producing a composite plating solution capable of stably dispersing SiC particles is provided. A method for producing an SiC particle-dispersed composite plating solution by electroless or electrolytic methods is washed with water, an organic solvent, or the like, and purified with an acid such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or a mixed acid solution thereof. A step of adsorbing a cationic surfactant such as an alkylamine salt or an amino alcohol fatty acid derivative on the SiC particles, and a step of dispersing the SiC particles adsorbing the cationic surfactant in a plating solution.
