abstract |
Existing parenteral gemcitabine hydrochloride injections are available in either sterile lyophilized powder or concentrated solution dosage forms. Providing a dosage form suitable for intravenous injection that does not have the problems that occur when the dosage forms of these dosage forms are suitable. The method comprises a stable large volume solution of gemcitabine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an aqueous medium filled in a large volume injection container, the solution being ready for infusion ( ready-to-be-infused), a large volume injection form of gemcitabine.
