titleOfInvention MicroRNA-based methods and compositions for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of breast cancer
abstract The present invention provides novel methods and compositions for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of breast cancer. Also provided are methods for identifying anti-breast cancer agents. Measuring the level of at least one miR gene product in a test sample, wherein the miR gene in the test sample is compared to the level of a corresponding miR gene product in a control sample. A method wherein a change in the level of the product is an indication that the patient has or is at risk of developing breast cancer. [Selection] Figure 1
