An object of the present invention is to promote thermal efficiency and thermal independence with a simple and compact configuration. A fuel cell module includes a first region R1 in which an exhaust gas combustor 52 and a start-up combustor 54 are configured, a second region R2 in which a heat exchanger 50 is configured, and a reformer 46.
