abstract Provided is a new regenerative medicine that induces functional tissue regeneration by mobilizing a large number of stem cells to a damaged site. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] 1) Bone marrow-derived cells are mobilized in large quantities in the transplanted skin, 2) mobilized bone marrow-derived cells are dermal fibroblasts, adipocytes, muscle cells, vascular endothelial cells, epidermal horns in the transplanted skin pieces. The bone marrow derived cells are included in the mobilized bone marrow-derived cells. 3) The bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells are mobilized from peripheral blood to the skin graft. HMGB1, HMGB2, and HMGB3 released from the necrotic tissue of the transplanted skin 4) Purified they promote the migration of mesenchymal stem cells isolated and cultured from bone marrow 5) Contains HMGB1 Active substances can be easily purified from many organ extracts including skin, brain and heart, 6) Active substances that migrate bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can be easily extracted from cultured cells, 7) Skin extract heparin column purified Fractions move large amounts of bone marrow-derived cells during brain injury To.
