abstract |
A method of manufacturing a hermetically sealed glass package using a frit that is a glass that does not contain antimony. A tightly sealed glass package, such as an OLED display device, provides a first glass substrate plate and a second glass substrate plate, and the antimony-free frit is attached to the first glass substrate plate. It is manufactured by laminating on the substrate plate 12. The OLED 14 can be stacked on the second glass substrate plate 18. Next, an irradiation source 22 (eg, laser, infrared) is used to connect the first glass substrate plate 12 to the second glass substrate plate 18 and melt and form a tight seal 20 to protect the OLED 14. The frit 16 to be heated is heated. Glass without antimony has excellent water resistance, good flow, low glass transition temperature and low coefficient of thermal expansion. [Selection] Figure 1 |
