abstract | Disclosed is a decorative board having a resin component derived from a plant as a main material and excellent in durability and appearance, and a method of manufacturing a decorative board capable of efficiently manufacturing such a decorative board. A decorative board 1 has a laminated body in which a core material layer 2 and a surface decorative layer 3 provided on the core material layer 2 are laminated. Among these, the core material layer 2 includes a lignin resin-impregnated layer 20 formed by crosslinking a lignin derivative in a state where the core material 21 is impregnated with a composition containing a lignin derivative and a crosslinking agent.
