abstract | The present invention provides a modified acrylic rubber having a carbon-carbon double bond in a side chain and having no gel content. The main chain is a structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from (A) a structural unit derived from an ethyl acrylate monomer and (B) a compound represented by the general formula (1). And (C) a structural unit derived from a glycidyl methacrylate monomer, the side chain of which is (D) one functional group capable of reacting with an epoxy group and at least one carbon-carbon double It is a structural unit derived from a polyfunctional compound having a bond. A main chain contains 0.5-5 mass parts of (C) with respect to a total of 100 mass parts of (A) and (B). A side chain makes (D) 0.5-10 mass parts react with the epoxy group of (C) with respect to 100 mass parts of (A) + (B) + (C).
