abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a recorded matter, which is excellent in deinking performance and nozzle clogging stability. A pretreatment step for adhering a pretreatment liquid containing a cationic compound to a recording surface of a recording medium; and an ink jet recording ink is recorded on the recording surface of the recording medium to produce a recorded material. The inkjet recording ink contains a pigment and a polymer substance having a glass transition temperature of 40 ° C. or lower, and the glass transition temperature relative to the pigment content is 40 ° C. or lower. The mass ratio of the content of the polymer substance is 0.10 or more, and the mass ratio of the contents of all the polymer substances contained in the ink to the pigment content is 1.0 or less.
