titleOfInvention | Polystyrene resin foam plate and manufacturing method thereof, peripheral frame material for folding box and folding box |
abstract | The present invention provides a polystyrene resin foam plate that is less susceptible to cracking, chipping and chipping during V-groove processing, and less prone to cracking during folding, a method for producing the same, and a folding box. In a polystyrene resin foam plate obtained by extrusion foaming a polystyrene resin containing a physical foaming agent, the amount of residual foaming agent in the polystyrene resin foam plate is in the range of 1.0 to 3.5% by mass. The amount of residual foaming agent contained in the surface layer part of the foam plate from the surface of the polystyrene resin foam plate to the depth of 300 μm in the thickness direction is within the range of 0.5 to 3.5% by mass.
