titleOfInvention | Polystyrene resin foam plate and manufacturing method thereof, peripheral frame material for folding box and folding box |
abstract | The present invention provides a polystyrene resin foam plate that is less susceptible to cracking, chipping and chipping during V-groove processing, and less prone to cracking during folding, a method for producing the same, and a folding box. A polystyrene resin foam plate obtained by extruding and foaming a polystyrene resin containing a physical foaming agent to form a sheet, and laminating a plurality of the obtained foam sheets. The amount of residual foaming agent contained in the surface layer portion of the foamed plate from the surface of the polystyrene-based resin foamed plate to the depth of 300 μm in the thickness direction is within the range of 1.0 to 3.5 mass%. A polystyrene-based resin foam board characterized by being in the range of 0.5 to 3.5% by mass. [Selection] Figure 1 |
