An infrared shielding film that reflects (heat ray reflection) infrared rays in a wide range (800 nm to 2000 nm) and has little absorption (heat ray absorption) is provided. A metal particle-containing layer containing at least one kind of metal particles, the metal particles have 60% by number or more of metal tabular particles, and at least one of the metal particle-containing layers is 800.
