titleOfInvention | Calcium / magnesium-containing water treatment method and treatment apparatus |
abstract | High-quality treated water is obtained by highly removing calcium and magnesium in waste water, which are scale components in a subsequent process, with a relatively simple apparatus without requiring a coagulation treatment with a polymer. A carbonate radical is added to calcium / magnesium-containing water to precipitate calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide under an alkaline condition of pH 11 or higher, and a reaction liquid containing the precipitate is subjected to solid-liquid separation with an MF membrane separator. The concentrated water of the MF membrane separator circulates to the raw water side. By performing solid-liquid separation with the MF membrane, high-quality treated water having an SS concentration of 10 mg / L or less can be stably obtained without performing agglomeration treatment with a polymer. By recirculating the concentrated water of the MF membrane separator and reforming the precipitated sludge, high-concentration sludge can be obtained, the treatment efficiency of the discharged sludge can be improved, and the sludge treatment cost can be reduced. .
