titleOfInvention Implant
abstract A carrier plate is sutured to the sclera, and the carrier plate and the anterior chamber are connected by a drain tube, and the aqueous humor in the anterior chamber is discharged toward the carrier plate and transplanted to the patient's eye. In the implant, the distal end of the drainage tube is fixed in the anterior chamber in an appropriate posture to provide an implant that appropriately maintains the discharge amount of the aqueous humor. An implant (1) includes a plate (2) sutured to the sclera and a tube (3) whose tip is inserted into the anterior chamber and discharges aqueous humor. The tube 3 includes a flange 32, and the end surface of the opening 30 of the tube 3 is formed to be inclined with respect to the axial direction of the tube. Thereby, the distal end of the tube 3 is reliably fixed in the anterior chamber by the collar portion 32, and the aqueous humor can be reliably discharged because the inclined opening is difficult to close.
