titleOfInvention Piezoelectric vibration element storage package and piezoelectric device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration element housing package and a piezoelectric device capable of suppressing brazing material from flowing out to a mounting portion. An electronic component storage package including a base portion and a frame-like portion, wherein a through-hole is formed in the base portion inside the frame-like portion, wherein the through-hole is formed from a lower surface of the base portion. A first hole 109 having a bottom 111 located inside the base 102 through a part in the thickness direction. And a second hole portion 110 having a smaller diameter than the first hole portion 109 and penetrating from the central portion of the bottom portion 111 of the first hole portion 109 to the upper surface of the base portion 102, and the bottom portion 111 is formed in the first metallized layer 112a. And an electronic component storage package in which a brazing material accumulation portion 118 for closing the through hole 108 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the bottom portion 111. Since the molten brazing material 117 accumulates in the pool portion 118, the brazing material 117 can be prevented from flowing out to the mounting portion 104. [Selection] Figure 1
