abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a light reflection film having good haze, pure water contact angle, wind test, and high-speed lamination coating suitability. A liquid crystal phase is fixed after applying a curable liquid crystal composition on a film formed by fixing a liquid crystal phase after applying a resin film or a curable liquid crystal composition. A light-reflecting film comprising a surfactant represented by the following formula having two or more layers of the film, transparent, and the curable liquid crystal composition having a hydrogen bonding group and a fluoroalkyl chain [L 11 , L 12 is a single bond, —O—, —S—, —CO—, —COO—, —OCO—, —COS—, —SCO—, —NRCO— or —CONR— (where R is a hydrogen atom or carbon number) Sp 1 and Sp 2 are a single bond or an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms (the hydrogen atom of the alkylene group may be substituted with a fluorine atom, and are not adjacent to each other —CH 2 — May be substituted with -O-); X 1 is the log of Ph-X 1 A substituent having a P value of 2.5 or less; Hb 1 is a fluoroalkyl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms; v is 2 or 3.
