An acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of exhibiting excellent adhesiveness are provided. A vinyl monomer having a (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a1) having an alkyl group having 2 to 14 carbon atoms (a1) or a partially polymerized product (a) thereof, and a monomer component ( (Meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester (b1) containing 96-99.5% by weight and silicone oil (b2) having (meth) acryloyl group 0.1-4% by weight (meth) having a weight average molecular weight of 1000-30000 The pressure-sensitive adhesive containing the acrylate copolymer oligomer (b) can also contain an active energy ray curing agent such as light or radiation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive exhibits an excellent adhesive force without performing a cleaning treatment or the like even on a coating film that is likely to cause poor adhesion due to bleeding such as a surface conditioner.
