abstract |
The present invention provides an oral preparation containing metformin and an α-glycosidase inhibitor that exhibits a uniform mixing degree and dissolution characteristics between preparations, and exhibits an effect equal to or higher than that when administered together as separate drugs. . A primary wet granule prepared by using a mixed solution of metformin and hydroxypropylcellulose with the latter aqueous solution as a binding solution is coated with an α-glycosidase inhibitor and a mixed aqueous solution of hydroxypropylcellulose. An oral formulation comprising a next wet granule is provided. In addition, a mixed powder of metformin and hydroxypropylcellulose is put into a fluidized bed granulator, and a primary wet granule is produced by spraying a hydroxypropylcellulose aqueous solution, and α-glycosidase is added to the primary wet granule by a fluidized bed granulator.
