titleOfInvention | Method for producing pyrrole derivative |
abstract | A novel method for producing a pyrrole derivative having a substituent such as an alkyl group at the β-position is provided. A pyrrole represented by the following general formula (1), a carbonyl compound represented by the following general formula (2), and a nucleophilic donor are reacted in the presence of a fluorinated Bronsted acid. A method for producing a pyrrole derivative represented by the following general formula (3), wherein R 1 is a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aryl group, an arylalkyl group, an alkylaryl group or a trialkylsilyl group R 2 and R 3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, or an aliphatic group, aryl group or heteroaryl group which may have a substituent, and may be bonded to each other to form a ring. Well; X is a monovalent group derived from a nucleophilic species. [Chemical 1] [Selection figure] None |
