titleOfInvention Silencer for drain pipe, method for producing silencer for drain pipe, and silencer drain pipe
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To muffle a drainage pipe which can be easily attached in close contact with the outer circumference of the drain pipe regardless of the outside temperature by maintaining the flexibility even when the temperature is lowered in winter by the sound insulation layer showing little resilience. Providing materials. A drainage pipe silencer 1 comprises a sound insulation layer 2 and a sound absorption layer 3 laminated on the inside of the sound insulation layer, and is attached in close contact with the outer periphery of the drain pipe 4. The sound insulating layer 2 has a specific gravity in which 40 to 150 parts by mass of a phthalic acid plasticizer and 200 to 800 parts by mass of an inorganic filler having a specific gravity of 2.0 or more with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl chloride resin. The sound insulation layer 2 is a sheet having a composition of 1.5 or more, and the sound insulation layer 2 is a JIS L 1086 7.12 stiffness 7.12.1 in an atmosphere of 40 ± 1 ° C. using a test piece having a thickness of 2 mm and a width of 25 mm. The bending resistance measured according to the 45 ° cantilever method is in the range of 100 to 200 mm, and the sound absorbing layer 3 is a breathable porous layer. [Selection] Figure 1
