abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-intensity and compact white light-emitting element using a blue or blue-violet light-emitting diode. In a white light emitting element in which a blue or blue-violet light emitting diode and one or more phosphors that absorb light emitted from the light emitting diode and emit light in the visible range are combined, light emission of the light emitting diode is achieved.
