abstract |
A method for manufacturing a shape transfer resin sheet capable of improving the transfer rate is provided. A resin sheet manufacturing method comprising: a sheet manufacturing process for manufacturing a continuous resin sheet; and a transfer process for transferring a transfer mold using a shape roll. In the sheet manufacturing process, shape transfer constituting a sheet surface is performed. A multi-layered resin sheet comprising a layer (A) and a main layer (B) adjacent to the inside of the shape transfer layer (A) is produced. The ratio of the weight average molecular weight of the main layer (B) to the weight average molecular weight of the shape transfer layer (A) is 1.2 or more. [Selection] Figure 10 |
