titleOfInvention Cell culture substrate and cell culture method
abstract [Object] To provide a cell culture substrate made of a polymer composite having a wide range of clay mineral content, in which a clay mineral is uniformly and finely dispersed in an organic polymer, and has excellent mechanical properties that are flexible and tough. Provided are a cell culture substrate capable of collecting rapidly cultured cells without cell breakage or contamination of the substrate when separating and collecting the cells, and a cell culture method capable of easily collecting the cultured cells. A polymer composite (C) in which a water-swellable clay mineral (B) is finely dispersed in a polymer (A) using a water-soluble (meth) acrylic acid ester (a) as a monomer. ). After culturing cells using the cell culture substrate under temperature conditions where the cell culture substrate exhibits cell adhesion, the temperature of the cell culture substrate is lowered, and the cell culture substrate is non-adhesive. By setting the temperature to indicate, the cultured cells can be separated from the cell culture substrate without causing damage to the cells or contamination of the substrate.
