abstract A storage bag having weather resistance and waterproofing and capable of being manufactured at low cost. A pollutant storage bag (1) according to the present invention comprises an inner bag (4) in an outer bag (2), and the outer bag (2) is woven with filament yarn containing carbon black. The suspension belt (3) is fixed to the outside, and the inner bag (4) is formed of a polyolefin sheet having a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm.
