Water dispersibility obtained by reacting a compound having at least two or more carboxy groups in the molecule obtained by esterification reaction so that a group exists and an epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule A water-based anticorrosive paint containing a zinc phosphite-based rust preventive pigment having an epoxy resin, a curing agent and a content of zinc oxide in the range of 50 to 80% by weight.
