titleOfInvention | Method for purifying phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compounds |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To efficiently separate and remove chloroaniline compound (II) contained in a crude product of phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compound (I) while suppressing loss of phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compound (I). And providing a purification method by which a purified product of phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compound (I) having a reduced concentration of chloroaniline compound (II) can be obtained. A method for purifying a phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compound (I), wherein a crude product of a phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compound (I) containing a chloroaniline compound (II) is treated with an inorganic acid. After mixing with water and water-separable organic solvent in the presence, it is separated into an oil layer and a water layer containing phenylhydrazine-β-carboxylate compound (I).
