SOLUTION: a) 0.05% by mass to 2% by mass of persimmon tannin, b) one or more selected from the group consisting of a nonionic cellulose-based water-soluble polymer and an anionic cellulose-based water-soluble polymer 0.1% by mass to 3% by mass, and c) one or more selected from the group consisting of carbonates and hydrogen carbonates, 0.05% by mass to 0.5% by mass, and d) water 94. It is made to contain in 5 mass%-99.8 mass%, and it is set as the lubricant composition for ostomy pouches. [Selection figure] None
