abstract |
The present invention provides a dry reagent capable of measuring with high accuracy when the increase or decrease of nicotinamide coenzyme is measured by a transmission method using light in the ultraviolet region in order to quantify components contained in a liquid sample. A dry reagent 4 is used for quantitative analysis of a specific component contained in a liquid sample S, and comprises a nicotinamide coenzyme and a smoothing agent for smoothing the dry reagent 4. And the increase or decrease in the nicotinamide coenzyme is measured by a transmission method using light in the ultraviolet region.
