titleOfInvention | Method for producing toner particles |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the adhesion of scale to the inner wall of a polymerization vessel or the surface of a stirring blade and the generation of coarse particles in a toner particle production method. Thereby, toner particles can be obtained in a high yield, and a high process operating rate is ensured. Also provided is a method for producing toner particles for stably obtaining toner particles having excellent thermal characteristics. In the polymerization step, an organic solvent having a vapor pressure at a polymerization temperature of 15 kPa or more higher than the vapor pressure of styrene at a polymerization temperature T1 is 0.06 times or more to the total number of moles of polymerizable monomers. A method for producing toner particles, comprising adding an amount of 20 or less moles until the polymerization rate of the polymerizable monomer reaches 50%. [Selection figure] None |
