titleOfInvention | Photoelectric conversion element module |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve reliability by suppressing occurrence of peeling between insulating substrates in a photoelectric conversion element module. A first insulating substrate, a second insulating substrate facing the first insulating substrate with a space therebetween, and the first insulating substrate and the second insulating substrate are sandwiched between the first insulating substrate and the second insulating substrate. A plurality of photoelectric conversion elements that are spaced apart from each other and a photoelectric conversion element that is adjacent to each other among the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements is extended to be isolated from each other. An inter-cell insulating sealing portion 29 for bonding the insulating substrate 21 and the second insulating substrate is provided. In the outer shape of the inter-cell insulating sealing portion 29, at least one length of the two first lines 112 in a plan view of a side surface extending in the extending direction of the inter-cell insulating sealing portion 29 is the cell in the extending direction. It is longer than the length L S of the imaginary line segment connecting both ends of the inter-insulation sealing portion 29. [Selection] Figure 3 |
