abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show an excellent hand cutting property and impact resistance and to reduce environmental load because it contains a plant-derived polyolefin resin in an amount of 20 to 70% by mass based on the whole film. An object of the present invention is to provide a polyethylene resin composition for packaging and a sealant film for packaging material using the same. [Means for Solving the Problems] (a) Plant-derived linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) 20 to 70% by mass, (b) Density 0.920 to 0.933 kg / m 3 and MFR 0.5 to 3 Non-plant-derived low-density polyethylene (LDPE) 15 to 65% by mass having physical properties of .5 g / 10 min, (c) a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having 6 carbon atoms, and the density From non-plant-derived LLDPE having physical properties of 0.914 to 0.937 kg / m 3 and MFR of 0.9 to 4.5 g / 10 min, and (d) 0 to 20% by mass of additives.
